Health Innovation
In 2005, an electronic medical record (EMR) pilot project was initiated in
Great Slave Medical House in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Based on the success of this pilot project, the Government of the Northwest Territories has begun a
territory-wide EMR system; the plan is to have the entire territory on a single charting system. Visit the Health Innovation Portal to find this and other innovative practices.
